Terms of use

What Desbindr is

Desbindr is a free tool for planning trading card binders. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or Game Freak. Pokémon, its names and its card images belong to their respective owners.

Your binders and images

What you make stays yours and stays in your browser (see the privacy policy). Only add images you made yourself or have permission to use, and credit artists where you can. Don't use Desbindr for anything unlawful.

Your browser can clear its storage at any time, so export binders you want to keep.

Prices

Prices come from Cardmarket and TCGplayer through TCGdex and are shown for information only. They are not offers, valuations or advice, and they can be late or wrong. Price alerts are best effort: a notification can arrive late or not at all.

The service

Desbindr is provided as it is, without warranties, and may change or stop. Please don't overload it or the services it relies on, for example with automated requests. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions, or a rights holder's request: desbindr@outlook.com.
